With over 20 years of experience in fitness and wellness, I’ve worked with a wide range of people: from complete beginners to those returning to exercise after a break, to women navigating perimenopause and menopause, and even clients training for a specific event like a wedding or holiday.

My background includes:

  • A degree in Sports Science

  • 10 years of competitive basketball (including professional level)

  • Jazz dance and basketball coaching qualifications

  • And most importantly—a deep passion for helping people feel better in their bodies
