MY STORY

Movement Has Always Been My Language

I’ve spent my life moving — literally. From dribbling a basketball on the court to dancing in music videos, and later sculpting my body through bodybuilding, movement has been my way of expressing myself, building confidence, and connecting with the world.

Along the way, I discovered something powerful: small, consistent actions create real, lasting transformation. That insight became the foundation of everything I do today.

A Journey Through Movement

Basketball – Teamwork & Discipline

For 10 years, I played basketball. It taught me teamwork, focus, endurance, and resilience — lessons that still shape how I coach and support women today.

Dance – Confidence & Joy

I found my true passion in dance, performing in music videos and live events. Dance gave me confidence, rhythm, and the freedom to express myself. I loved teaching others, helping them find joy in movement, and seeing how it transformed their confidence and energy.

Bodybuilding – Strength & Self-Discipline

I also explored bodybuilding and strength training, learning to sculpt my body while respecting it. I discovered that strength isn’t just physical — it’s mental, emotional, and deeply empowering.

Fitness & Wellness Education

To deepen my knowledge, I studied sports science and nutrition, and became a personal trainer. I learned how to combine movement, nutrition, and mindset to help women feel better inside and out.

Creating MIU Dance & Teaching Others

I combined all my experience into MIU Dance, my own dance fitness concept.

  • Trained instructors across Europe

  • Helped women gain confidence and skills

  • Created structured, fun, confidence-building classes

Teaching instructors showed me the importance of support, clear guidance, and community — not just choreography. This inspired me to expand my work into holistic wellness coaching.

Holistic Coaching

I support busy women, mums and women over 40 to feel more energised, confident and supported in their bodies — without pressure or extremes.

My approach is designed for real life and changing hormones, combining movement, nutrition, mindset and lifestyle coaching in a realistic, sustainable way.

Most women begin with a FREE 10-Day Energy & Wellness Challenge, then continue with structured support through:

  • short 10-day programmes focused on energy, gut health and stress

  • optional 1- or 4-month ongoing support for accountability and consistency

  • personalised PT or nutrition support, if needed

This is about building long-term health through small, repeatable habits, not perfection or quick fixes.

Dance Classes

Movement is still my heart. I teach:

  • Afrobeats Dance Fitness → fun, confidence-building sessions for women who love dancing

  • Afrobeats on Heels Experience → a special class designed for rhythm, confidence, and enjoyment

Every class is welcoming, supportive, and fun — perfect for women who want to reconnect with their bodies and their joy in movement.

MIU Dance Instructor License

I also run the MIU Dance Instructor License, designed to train dancers and fitness professionals to teach structured, confidence-based classes.

Instructors gain:

  • choreography & teaching guidance

  • ongoing support through the Skool Instructor Hub

  • a platform to grow their teaching confidently

Why I Do This Work

I’ve seen firsthand how small, consistent changes and movement transform women’s lives.

I’ve watched women:

  • regain energy

  • feel confident in their bodies

  • create habits that last

  • fall in love with movement again

My role is to guide, empower, and support you — not to “fix” you. Together, we focus on building a life where wellness, confidence, and joy feel natural.

Mentorship for Instructors & Wellness Leaders

Alongside teaching dance and fitness, I mentor instructors who want to:

  • support their own health and energy

  • learn about nutrition in a simple, real-life way

  • build an online income without pressure

  • grow into confident leaders in their own time

This mentorship includes guidance on:

  • using products for yourself first

  • understanding how and why they work

  • sharing only when you’re ready

  • building something sustainable, aligned and flexible
