Hi, I’m Alicja 🤍

I’m a personal trainer, dance fitness instructor and holistic wellness coach with over 20 years of experience in movement, health and women’s wellbeing.

I work with women who are tired of extremes and want a realistic, supportive approach to feeling better in their bodies — whether they’re training, teaching, dancing or simply trying to keep up with everyday life.

My work is designed to fit around real schedules, real responsibilities and real bodies.
