In my classes, you’ll experience:

MIU Dance – Afrobeats Dance Fitness (Members Only)

A 45-minute high-energy dance fitness class combining Afrobeat rhythms with accessible choreography, cardio-style movement, and feel-good vibes.

Regular classes (Nuffield Health Xscape Milton Keynes – Members Only):

  • Tuesday – 5:40 PM

  • Friday – 9:30 AM

  • 45 minutes, full-body workout

What to expect:

  • Fun & sweaty routines

  • Beginner-friendly, step-by-step teaching

  • Confidence-building movement

  • Music that lifts your mood

How to join:

  • Nuffield members: book directly through the gym

  • Non-members: try a free trial via the gym

Open Class – Afrobeats Dance Fitness (Every Other Thursday)

Every other Thursday, 8:00 PM – 8:50 PM
Starting Thursday 29th January

This is the same MIU Dance class I teach at Nuffield Xscape Milton Keynes, now open to everyone.

MIU Afrobeats on Heels – EXPERIENCE (Once a Month)

Next class: 13th February 8pm-9.30pm

Afrobeats on Heels is a special confidence and technique-focused class, where we slow things down to work on:

  • Technique & body control

  • Posture & expression

  • Confidence & empowerment

✔ Beginner-friendly
✔ Music sometimes switched off to focus on technique
✔ Heels optional — trainers totally fine
✔ Safe, supportive, empowering space

This class is about feeling powerful, sexy, and confident — no pressure, just learning and fun.

Special Events, Corporate & Private Classes
