MIU Dance – Afrobeats Dance Fitness (Members Only)

A 45-minute high-energy dance fitness class combining Afrobeat rhythms with accessible choreography, cardio-style movement, and feel-good vibes.

Regular classes (Nuffield Health Xscape Milton Keynes – Members Only):

  • Tuesday – 5:40 PM

  • Friday – 9:30 AM

  • 45 minutes, full-body workout

What to expect:

  • Fun & sweaty routines

  • Beginner-friendly, step-by-step teaching

  • Confidence-building movement

  • Music that lifts your mood

How to join:

  • Nuffield members: book directly through the gym

  • Non-members: try a free trial via the gym

MIU Dance – Afrobeats Dance Fitness (Open Classes & Private Bookings)

My MIU Dance Afrobeats Dance Fitness classes are not just workouts — they’re about confidence, energy, and feeling good in your body.

While my regular classes run at Nuffield, you can still experience MIU Dance through special events and private bookings.

Private Classes & Special Occasions

You can book MIU Dance as a private class for:

  • birthdays

  • special occasions

  • girls’ nights

  • small group sessions

  • corporate or wellness events

A fun, high-energy way to bring people together, move, and enjoy something different.

MASH IT UP – GOSPEL FLOW

(Monthly Experience)

Mash It Up – Gospel Flow is a special, feel-good dance session combining:

  • uplifting music

  • expressive movement

  • a deeper connection to how you feel through dance

This class is about:

  • releasing stress

  • reconnecting with yourself

  • moving with intention and joy

  • feeling grounded, energised, and uplifted

It’s a slightly different vibe — still fun and accessible, but with more flow, feeling, and connection.
